About the position: This position will be assigned to the Scott AFB Outdoor Recreation. This position is flexible, Guaranteed 0-40 hours per week.

Duties

Assists in operation and maintenance of the Outdoor Recreation facilities. Issues campsites in the FAMCAMP and tent areas. Ensures all locations are kept in a neat and orderly manner. Issues space in the Recreational Vehicle (RV) storage area to authorized customers. Ensures all priorities are adhered to. Responsible for RV storage lots. Ensure customers are briefed on their responsibilities and that all documents are completed. Follows up with the customer on late payments, expired tags and abandonment of contents. Maintains files, input financial information in Orbital program for RV storage. Consolidates cashier reports from other sub-activities, prepares and makes bank deposits in a timely manner, controls change funds and petty cash expenditures. Maintains all aspects of the advance payment records to include monitoring payments, sending expiration and late notices and ensuring proper records. Maintains rental inventory through Rec Trac System and controls reports on Rec Trac. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
• This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent must pass a pre-employment drug test and is subject to random drug testing.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and be able to drive.
• Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.

Knowledge of office automation software. Rec Trac experience is desirable.
