About the Position: The Honolulu MEPS is part of a network of 65 MEPS located nationwide and in Puerto Rico. The mission of USMEPCOM and the New Orleans MEPS is to process individuals for enlistment or induction into the armed services, based on DoD-approved peacetime and mobilization standards. The Honolulu MEPS is a tenant command of the Naval Station Pearl Harbor.

Duties

Provide test scoring procedures briefing to newly assigned recruiters. Advise Test Control Officer on the validity of testing procedures. Determine applicant eligibility to test to ensure test score integrity. Resolve test scoring automation issues. Oversee security and control over testing procedures to ensure validation of test scoring. Report incidents of test loss and compromise. Ensure valid test scores are entered timely into the automated accession reporting system in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid state driver’s license.
  • Regular evening and weekend work is required.
  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
