About the Position: This position is with U.S. Army JPEO Armaments and Ammunition, Picatinny, NJ. This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-14 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-15 grade step 10 in the broadband.

Duties

Oversees administrative support work produced by the Project Managers (PMs) subordinate staff and clerical administrative support personnel. Ensure the organizations strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated and integrated into the team's strategies. Coach the team in selecting and applying appropriate problems solving methods. Conduct research into problems and advise PM/DPM and other leaders of actions. Coordinate manpower requirements and recommend internal policies as applicable.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Position requires a secret clearance.
  • One year probationary period.
