This position is located in the Program Management Office (PMO) of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO)(N), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
The purpose of this position is to serve as a management and program analyst responsible for administrative analytical and evaluative work related to CAO initiatives and programs and as an analyst and advisor to the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and staff on the effectiveness and planning of the organization's mission and objectives.

- This position does not support remote work. You will be required to report physically to the official reporting worksite as specified by the supervisor, but no less than 3 days per pay period.
- May be required to serve as Contracting Officers Representative for BPA grants and agreements; this duty includes additional training and certification.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience 1) performing a full range of project management, budgeting, and financial control functions, including preparation of proposed plans, milestones, and schedules for the development and oversight of program budgets, 2) serving as an analyst responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting, projects, studies, and other initiatives, 3) providing advice, counsel, guidance, presentations or briefings to management, staff and senior executives on all aspects of assigned projects.
