You will serve as a EDUCATIONAL TECHNICIAN (OA) of NAVAL ACADEMY.

Duties

You will support educators with the college/university environment. You will be responsible for fact-finding tasks and preparation of input to be used by department chairs in building fact sheets and briefing charts. You will coordinate examination scheduling with registrar personnel. You will make arrangements for acedemic conferences. You will review and arrange travel and training orders.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assists military and civilian educators by performing data analysis on various topics related to educational programs; 2) Collects administrative data to produce documentation to include class schedules, student materials, examination materials, guest speakers documents, and instructional aids , as appropriate; 3) Develops and maintains web page materials for the department by editing and creating graphics, and managing technical issues related to the web page; 4) Assists leadership in the delevopment of near and long term facility plans; and 5) Reviews and verifies the validity of requisitions sfor supplies, services, printing, and equipment.
