You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Human Resources Office (HRO), Workforce Development Branch of NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as resident expert and staff advisor and consultant for the workforce development program.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive command training and professional development program.
You will manage training administration systems to ensure data integrity and to provide comprehensive and reliable documentation and reporting of training measures and training costs.
You will develop and deliver briefings, project papers, status/staff reports, and correspondence.
You will design and conduct studies and analyses of a Human Resources Programs.
You will manage competitive selection processes for leadership programs.
You will present training and workforce or leadership development programs to HR specialists and a diverse command workforce.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading the development and execution of training plans, requirements, or functions (e.g., Leadership Development, Pathways, Internship, Selection Process, Talent Development, Assessments, Project Planning and Workforce Development) to meet or achieve human resources (HR) professional development program goals and objectives.
