You will serve as a RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the SUPPORT DIVISION, SEA RANGE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Duties

You will maintain file systems and databases to include administrative maintenance of business systems such as Fusion, SharePoint, and JIRA websites. You will resolve problems of both a general and specific nature and refers technical matters to supervisor or peers on the basis of knowledge of assignments. You will review documentation for government credit card purchases from initial request to receipt/acceptance by reviewing required data in NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning Program You will be an authorizing official for government credit card (GPC) purchases.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-09 level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating experience in administrative maintenance of business systems such as Fusion, SharePoint, and JIRA websites; 2) Incorporating changes to departmental business systems, with a focus on resolving problems of both general and specific nature; 3) Providing training on system functionality and interfaces to personnel as required; 4) Coordinating, processing, verifying, and approving of technical government bankcard procurements; 5) Authorizing official for government credit card purchases, with the ability to review documentation for credit card purchases from initial request to receipt/acceptance. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-09 level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
