You will serve as a Supervisory Resources Specialist in the Sea Range Support Division, Point Mugu Sea Range Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will supervise civilians and contractors supporting testing including facility repair and maintenance, barge operations, shuttle coordination, and logistics planning.
You will develop plans for facility modification, replacement, and construction.
You will oversee construction project management and inspection, including analyzing schedules, cost data, and quality control.
You will manage the preparation of documentation such as specifications, requirements, and contract materials facility projects.
You will communicate effectively on important and sensitive subjects affecting the working environment.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band (NM-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supervising a diverse workforce and providing insight for daily facilities operations; 2) Developing and implementing a variety of facilities projects, including scheduling and budget controls, and working with contractors; 3) Tracking and/or reporting key performance metrics for facility maintenance and/or project management activities; 4) Utilizing facility maintenance practices and procedures including maintenance of facility equipment and facility services such as custodial services, elevator maintenance, HVAC operations, office moves and/or various deliveries.
