You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPARTMENT, JEDI DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will be responsible for management and leadership of recent college graduates (New Professionals and Engineering Science Development Programs) in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
You will provide career development planning and opportunities.
You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring.
You will monitor personnel performance.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating a working knowledge of the Engineering Science Development Program; 2) Interfacing with product customers to assess workforce personnel needs; 3) Coaching, mentoring, and developing employees; and 4) Monitoring personnel performance.
