This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Electro-Machinist Division WCF. As an Intermediate Electro-Machinist, you will be providing non-supervisory work involving the dismantling, repairing, relocating, modifying, maintaining, aligning, and installing fixed and semi-fixed production printing equipment, machinery and systems used in the printing, verifying, and packaging of US Currency.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. You must meet the screen-out element Ability to do the Work of the Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (Screen-out), normally addressed at the beginning of the online questions. To meet the minimum qualifications for this position the applicant must have training and/or work experience as a journeyman-level electrician and/or an electronics technician repairing automated industrial machine controls that permits working without direct supervision on recurring tasks. All unusual situations are referred to a supervisor. In addition, you must also obtain an average score of two (2) for the following elements for this position as addressed through the online question in order to be considered minimally qualified.
