This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing,ELECTRO-MACHINIST DIVISION WCF. As an Assistant Supervisor Electro-Machinist, you will serve as an assistant supervisor with fully delegated responsibility over operations and personnel of the Electro-Machine Shop. In the supervisor's absence, the Assistant Supervisor is responsible for fulfilling the supervisor's duties and responsibilities.

Duties

As an Assistant Supervisor Electro-Machinist, you will: - Exercise direct supervision over Electro-Machinists and trainees. - Direct, organize, and assign work to Electro-Machinists, Electro-Machinist Training Leaders, and trainees. - Explain work requirements to employees and review work in progress and completed. - Prepare performance appraisals when required - Approve/disapprove leave requests.
