Duties

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Oversee a team of business analysts who evaluate customer requirements to develop technical solutions. Administer user access privileges including managing user accounts and group settings, conducting routine user cleanup, and managing system maintenance activities. Interpret complex reporting requirements from Program offices to address reporting needs. Gather requirements and develop reports, dashboards and tools to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency. Coordinate with financial system users to implement new data systems and tools.

You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Extracting insights from a wide range of qualitative and quantitative data to inform budgetary and financial decisions. Collecting data from various sources to conduct data analysis, interpret findings, and present results to leadership. Transforming raw data into more readily used formats using data cleaning and wrangling techniques. Conducting data analytics on issues and systems using statistics and economic analysis.
