About the Position: Serves as Support Services Specialist for the U.S Army Recruiting Command (USAREC). Supports the administrative and logistical functions in the areas of Facilities and Fleet Management.
Duties
Coordinates with Corps of Engineers and the General Services Agency (GSA) to resolve issues pertaining to facilities and motor vehicle management.
Disseminates technical guidance to workforce as it pertains to facility management and vehicle usage.
Identify facility requirements for multiple locations within assigned organization.
Utilize an established checklist to conduct inspections on facilities.
Advise on all matters pertaining to motor vehicle control to ensure all work is completed within standards.
Execute vehicle replacement/turn-in program to maintain vehicle strength at approved levels.
Produces reports to describe vehicle accidents and misuse
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) required 20% of the time.
- Must possess and/or obtain and maintain a valid state drivers license.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.
