This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Office of Strategic and Project Management. As a Management Analysis Officer, you will serve as subject matter expert and advisor to the Office Chief and Deputy Director/Chief Administrative Officer in the areas related to strategic planning, change management, performance metrics, and trend analysis. This includes the preparation, consolidation, and execution of the Bureau's Strategic Plan.

Duties

As a Management Analysis Officer, you will: Assist the Strategic & Project Management Office Chief with the role of facilitating the senior leadership team in developing and executing strategies, action items, work plans/schedules and metrics to lead the organization forward on its strategic journey. Assist in the development of the Bureau's key performance indicators. Collect, monitor and report performance in a standardized system optimizing and leveraging real-time, electronic reporting. Identify, develop, and implement the necessary databases and project management techniques using bureau standards and performance metrics. Manage and facilitate large, highly complex administrative and technical projects dealing with organizational change and effectiveness. Actively contribute and prepare elements of BEP's four-year strategic plan and annual strategy. Assist the Strategic & Project Management Office Chief with preparations and facilitation of Executive Leadership Team meetings focused on strategic and change management.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience for the GS-14 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes: Led/participated in organizational strategic and annual planning and execution for change management efforts; AND Guiding the coordination and execution of organizational projects, while serving as the senior representative, communicating with stakeholders from multiple Federal Agencies/Departments; AND Leading change initiatives for organizational improvement; AND Advising senior level management, customers, and/or coworkers on strategic and management issues.
