About the position:
This position is assigned to the Arts and Crafts facility of the 6th Force Support Squadron Community Services Flight, MacDill AFB, FL.
Duties
Responsible for effective and economical operations of the Awards and Crafts Shop, Photo Studio, Crafters Corner.
Performs customer service duties in making orders, awards, gifts and custom framing.
Plans coordinates and schedules and supervises the assigned activities in accordance with established directives.
Assist in maintaining NAF and APF property listings for all Arts and Crafts sections.
Assists in monitoring and maintaining facility inventory system; receives incoming merchandise; completes necessary quality control and administrative requirements and enters information into the computer.
Provides input and assist in reparation of budget for all sections.
Assist in the development and implication of administrative safeguards to protect funds, supplies, equipment and real property.

Qualifying Experience:
Applicant must have progressively responsible experience which reflects a knowledge of the craft industry. Must have computer skills with a working knowledge of Word processing, database and spreadsheet software. Must have experience with cash handling procedures and sales operations such as receipt disbursement, examination, deposit and use of cash accountability control methods.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
