This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. This flyer is used to recruit for a wide number of positions across the United States, Europe and the Far East during the Total Army Career Fair in Arlington, TX, on 13 April, 2024.

Duties
Serves as a member of the Installation Child and Youth Evaluation Team and assists and supports management staff in ensuring compliance with appropriate standards.
Aids in generating data and statistical reports for use by installation and higher headquarters.
Provides technical assistance gathers and analyses records and prepares recurring and special reports preparing briefing charts on results of program analyses, new policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed.
Coordinates efforts and provides technical assistance and guidance to managers in developing and justifying their annual budgets and monthly variance reports.
Responsible for coordinating the review and updating of CYS forms, reports, handbooks, etc.

- A one-year supervisory probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a 4 year college or university degree with a major course of study or substantial course work which directly relates to a CYS field: early childhood, elementary, secondary, special education, child and youth development, psychology, youth program administration or a closely related field.
Or
A combination of education and experience. Successful completion of at least 24 semester hours in a major course of study in education or a field appropriate to education, plus appropriate work experience that provided knowledge skills and abilities directly related to the duties described.
In addition to the requirements mentioned above candidates must possess the following:
1. Demonstrated twelve (12) months work experience in at least two (2) CYS program types (FCC, SAS, etc.) that included management of a child or youth program. The work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.
2. Knowledge of management analysis, personnel development, and APF and NAF funding and oversight relationship to CYS programs.
3. Ability to plan and organize work, analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions.
4. Comprehensive oral and communications skills and analytical writing skills, and the ability to present ideas and proposals to a variety of audiences.
