This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), Business Operations Division (BOD), Project Management Branch (PMB), Process Support Section (PCS), located in Kearneysville, WV.

Duties

You will serve as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (PLCYPLN/INFOSEC) and be responsible for collaborating closely with key stakeholders throughout the project management community and review project processes and procedures for improvement and alignment of command priorities.

Qualifications

To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience includes the following: experience drafting IT policies and plans, conducting needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions; experience with project scheduling, milestones, resource assignment, and project planning tools; experience with AGILE practices as a team member; experience in statistical, analytical, and business modeling services; leading training sessions; experience with Quality Assurance or Quality Control methods; experience with Risk Management Framework; experience with Microsoft Project Professional (client/online), Microsoft TEAMS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SharePoint, or other project management and collaboration tool suites; experience with the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for development, services, and acquisitions.  Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.  In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
