Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with administrative procedures and systems to optimize business results and customer experience by: Providing administrative and technical supervision as necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit. Performing personnel management responsibilities and provide coordination and work oversight. Developing work plans and monitor progress in meeting planned objectives. Leading studies that include long-range program goals and objectives that may change the type or amount of services provided to clients. Analyzing and evluating policies and program operations ot ensure appropriate emphasis on the Department's program goals and accomplishment of policy objectives.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing at least 3 of the following: 1. Assisting in the formulation of strategic plans and related business metrics and ensuring that staff meets organizational goals. 2. Managing day-to-day operations that include administrative and operational activities. 3. Establishing, maintaining, and improving internal controls and systems. 4. Assisting in formulation of policies, processes, and procedures relating to clinical health. Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
