You will serve as a Real Property Accountable Officer in the Facilities Management Division, Public Works Department Oceana of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will apply experience with Navy financial systems including CFMS/SABRS or ERP.
You will apply expertise in all aspects of the NAVFAC Funds request, processing and management including private party.
You will utilize NAVFAC funds tracking tools (IeFacman) and MAXIMO.
You will lead teams through difficult issues and/or creation and implementing new processes requiring significant change.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying experience with Navy financial systems including CFMS/SABRS or ERP; 2) Applying expertise in all aspects of the NAVFAC Funds request, processing and management including private party; 3) Utilizing NAVFAC funds tracking tools (IeFacman) and MAXIMO; 4) Leading teams through difficult issues and/or creation and implementing new processes requiring significant change.
