About the Position:.Incumbent will provide recommendations to management on the development and/or interpretation of rules, regulations, and procedures affecting management programs such as Management Control, Service Based Costing (SBC), Installation Status Reporting (ISR), Common Levels of Support (CLS), Process Improvement Review (PIRs), Performance Management Reviews (PMRs), Support Agreements and Commercial Activities Program (CAP).
Duties
Coordinates with the Resource Management Office on status of funds for Operations and Maintenance Army (OMA) budget execution
Maintains and monitors the engineer system of record, ensuring database is up-to-date and reporting requirements are accomplished.
Manages and monitors the Annual Work Plan to ensure all work requirements are funded IAW approved operating budget. Prepares responses to data calls from the higher headquarters on all budget-related matters
Develops and maintains current DPW mission and functions statement.
Develops organizational structures, business processes, and functional responsibilities required for implementation of DPW organizational changes
Coordinates with General Fund Enterprise Business System Site Systems Administrator to ensure system is operational at all times with minimal disruption to accomplish the directorate's mission

GS-12 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) performing studies or surveys of federally funded programs to identify improvements in matters such as budget management, financial analysis, or project management; 2) estimating costs to coordinate creating a mid-term budget; AND 3) Creating reports, performance charts, summaries, or analysis sheets that identify methods of improving the efficiency of life cycle program or project management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
