About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst in the Operations Group Resource/Program Management Division. Performs the administrative, analytical, and evaluative work relating to these programs.

Duties

Make decisions as required, based upon knowledge of force structure, organization and project submission requirements. Advise the staff/divisions in interpretation of required actions to ensure on-site validation of the twelve step analysis. Advise senior management staff, and supervisors on all civilian personnel matters and recommended actions. Interpret program requirements as they relate to the National Training Center (NTC) Operations Group mission.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 10% of the time

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementData AnalysisOral CommunicationWorkforce Planning Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
