About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst in the Operations Group Resource/Program Management Division. Performs the administrative, analytical, and evaluative work relating to these programs.
Duties
Make decisions as required, based upon knowledge of force structure, organization and project submission requirements.
Advise the staff/divisions in interpretation of required actions to ensure on-site validation of the twelve step analysis.
Advise senior management staff, and supervisors on all civilian personnel matters and recommended actions.
Interpret program requirements as they relate to the National Training Center (NTC) Operations Group mission.

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the
duration of employment.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 10% of the time

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes providing guidance and assistance in the establishment of program objectives, formulating or policy, allocation of resources and performing analysis/ special studies concerning effective and economical utilization of civilian personnel programs, manpower and force structure to support operations, initiatives and effectiveness.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
