Experience drafting memos and correspondence.
Experience scheduling meetings, events and trainings for an organization.
Experience inputting and tracking DEIA data into a reporting database.
Experience researching and reporting on DEIA-related topics Familiarity with national minority-serving organizations, federal minority-serving organizations and minority-serving institutions (MSIs)
Or
Masters or equivalent graduate degree
Or
2 Full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such degree.
Or
LL.B or J.D., if related
Or
Have a combination of specialized experience and graduate level education that together meet 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
GS-11:
For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-09. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Experience in the use of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter); WebEx and Microsoft Teams in a DEIA environment.
Experience drafting, narratives, correspondence, agendas, presentations, brochures, announcements, web copy, flyers and blogs.
Experience in assisting with coordinating logistics for meetings, trainings, recruitment and outreach activities and Organization-wide events in a DEIA environment.
Experience providing assistance with tracking and analyzing demographic data through the MD-715 and Federal Equal Opportunity Recruitment (FEORP) report.
Experience working with national minority-serving organizations, federal minority-serving organizations and minority-serving institutions (MSIs)
Or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

Experience in the use of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter); Webex and Microsoft Teams in a DEIA environment.
Experience drafting, reviewing and finalizing report narratives, correspondence, agendas, presentations, brochures, announcements, flyers and blogs.
Experience coordinating and implementing logistics for meetings, trainings, recruitment and outreach activities and Organization-wide events.
Experience assisting with conducting analysis of demographic data to identify, offer and track recommendations through the MD-715 and Federal Equal Opportunity Recruitment (FEORP) report to address identified barriers/potential barriers to equal employment.
Experience establishing relationships/partnerships with national minority-serving organizations, federal minority-serving organizations and minority-serving institutions (MSIs)
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Education may be substituted at the GS-09 and GS-11 grade levels. Education may not be substituted at the GS-12 grade level.
