In this position you will perform Warfighters delivering global logistics support for The Center of The Aerospace Testing Universe. Assist support Planning, Deployment Office in areas of support agreement management, contingency and mobilization management, war reserve materiel management and internal studies.

Support Agreement Program. Responsible for the review, validation, administration and maintenance of Wing Support Agreements.
Deployment Program. Ensures integration of all 412 TW efforts in response to base-wide deployments.
War Reserve Materiel (WRM) Program. Plans, evaluates, tracks and provides budgetary, maintenance accountability and storage reporting of WRM assets.
Resource Management. Develops, compiles and tracks the proper recording and accounting for funds allocated to support contingency operation costs.
Conduct Studies and Develop Reports.
Prepares coordinates and presents written reports and/or oral briefings.

- Requires Secret Level security clearance.

- Subject to Temporary Duty Assignments (TDY): Approximately 15 days per year.
- Overtime may be required to support base exercises and real-world deployment operations.

Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Administrative and Management Positions located here, Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower grade NH-01 (GS-05), or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes ability to maintain current appointment letters for wing Functional Area Agreement Coordinators (FAACs) and standardized supplier statements. Ability to work closely with Deployment Control Center (DCC) personnel to direct deployment activities during real world emergencies and exercises. Ability to plan, evaluate, track and provide budgetary, maintenance accountability and storage reporting of WRM assets. Ability to develop, compile and track the proper recording and accounting for funds allocated to support contingency operation costs through Emergency and Special Program (ESP) codes, so that accurate contingency cost data estimates can be obtained for funding and reimbursement of deployment expenditures.
OR EDUCATION: 1 full year of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related from an accredited college or university. NOTE: You must submit copies of your official transcripts.

FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the NH-01 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the NH-02 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:

Knowledge of retail logistics doctrine and Air Force wartime planning process.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
