About the Position: This position is with the 99th Readiness Division, Equipment Concentration Site (ECS) 24 located at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA.

Duties

Manage and direct the overall operations of an Equipment Concentration Site. Supervise daily activities of a full-time staff, both military and civilian employees. Interpret, coordinate, integrate and disseminate guidance and directives throughout the Equipment Concentration Site. Recruit, interview and recommend candidates for vacant positions. Review and approve disciplinary actions, training requests, leave records and award nominations from subordinates. Provide briefs to Commander on overall accomplishment objectives, mission accomplishment, work plans and budget. Develop plans, policies, procedures, and programs to achieve maximum efficiency of operations. Analyze Equipment Concentration Site operations. Provide advice to senior leaders and subordinates.
