You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Fleet Support Team (FST), Logistics Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will develop planning objectives and management strategies for current and long range (3-5 year) program tasks.
You will lead and coordinate the logistics program efforts of all ILS personnel within the team.
You will identify and develop appropriate budget allocation and execution plans to meet program ILS requirements.
You will develop and maintain Logistics Requirements and Funding Summaries (LRFS) for all assigned systems.
You will prepare reports, maintain records of work accomplishments, develop program sustainment, and acquisition ILS staffing plans/budgets.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups; ; 2) Developing networks and builds alliances; collaborates across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals; 3) Conveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience, using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; 4) Identifying and analyzing problems; weighing relevance and accuracy of information; seeking/generating and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions; makes timely/effective recommendations; 5) Defined as the total life-cycle systems management of program support and sustainment activities to translate force provider-specified performance criteria and associated outcome metrics for defense system operational availability and readiness into affordable, total system/total life-cycle support performance capabilities.
