You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist within FLTREADCEN EASTon the following Program: VH-92, ATS, H-53, C-130 and H-60.
This announcement uses the Certain Personnel of the DoD direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Duties
You will develop planning objectives and management strategies for current and long range program tasks.
You will direct and manage the efforts/tasks of LEMs, technical data managers, data analysts, and other specialists from within and outside the command to ensure optimal Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
You will lead and coordinate the logistics program efforts of all ILS personnel within the team.
You will assign projects to team members, give technical advice on assignments, and review team member work products.
You will identify and develop appropriate budget allocation and execution plans to meet program ILS requirements as required.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated ability to apply Test Equipment supportability concepts.
Knowledge and experience in provisioning and supply maintenance
Knowledge of logistics management policies and processes.
Ensure technical manuals are current through review and update utilizing standard processes.
Manage logistics workload and plan work to be accomplished by subordinates.
Provide support to employees on both technical and administrative matters.
