This position is in the Special Operations Division of the Superior Court. The Supervisory Onboarding and Training Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for the design, creation, deployment, and management of role-based training materials and online learning tools. The position also promotes standardization of business practices across Superior Court divisions, ensuring consistent application of established onboarding and training standards.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of nine (9) years of administrative experience supporting a major program or agency operation, of which two years (2) must be in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting business process documents; and developing, updating, and standardizing enterprise-wide training materials. Two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.
Must possess strong critical thinking skills, ability to problem solve, exceptional attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of instructional design and/or ability to effectively utilize tools such as Case Management Systems, Captivate or another eLearning tool, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Graduation from the Courts’ Management Training Program may substitute for one (1) year of supervisory experience (You must provide documentation of your management training (i.e. copy of certificate) with your application.
Education Substitution:
Associate's degree plus six seven (7) years of administrative experience supporting a major program or agency operation, of which two years (2) must be in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting business process documents; and developing, updating, and standardizing enterprise-wide training materials. Two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.
Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of administrative experience supporting a major program or agency operation, of which two years (2) must be in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting business process documents; and developing, updating, and standardizing enterprise-wide training materials. Two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.
Master's degree plus four (4) years of administrative experience supporting a major program or agency operation, of which two years (2) must be in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting business process documents; and developing, updating, and standardizing enterprise-wide training materials. Two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.
