This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command.
It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA- J6 Endpoint and Global Services Center - Pentagon.
Duties
The incumbent manages the annual review and update of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), 7600s, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Provides means of measuring process improvements and capturing customer feedback and achieve quantum improvements.
Develops and maintains a Management Control Plan and provides supplemental guidance on management controls, ensures that any material weaknesses for which the organization is responsible are reported and tracked until corrected.
Recommends adjustments to policies, programs, projects and studies to resolve problems and to improve operations and efficiencies.
Performs projects designed to develop new/improved procedures and processes, conduct self-assessment results of past achievements, and develop the true costing models and methodology.
Directs program development, implementation, and modification, based on interpretation of statistical and fiscal analysis.
Maintains contact and liaison between J6 staff and stakeholders on matters relating to MOUs, MOAs, 7600s, SLAs and other assigned programs.

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: experience managing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs); directing program development and modification; and reporting information to stakeholders as a liaison regarding MOUs, MOAs, and SLAs.
