You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (Call Center Agent) in the Requirements Branch of PUBLIC WORKS Department NAS Lemoore of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.

Duties

You will receive and process customer service requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities by telephone call and email. You will have a basic knowledge of Facilities Maintenance and terminology. You will evaluate requests and determine if it should be categorized as planned, unplanned, routine, urgent or emergency work. You will create work orders in the computerized asset management system and provide the customer with a work order number for reference.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving and processing customer service requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities; 2) Using MAXIMO to submit and create unplanned work orders; 3) Validating processed work orders for problems errors and missing data; and, 4) Using Microsoft Office Suite programs to create/generate reports.
