About the Position: The Installation Management Command Directorate-Training is responsible for the Mission Command and leadership of 15 US Army Garrison commands and Support Activities that deliver and integrate Base Support services on Army Installations to enable Army readiness.

Duties

Serve as the functional expert on acquisition management for the IMCOM Directorate - Training (IDT), Resource Management Office. Conduct analyses of all phases of projects on contract requirements. Serve as the acquisition management policy expert for review and reporting process of contracts. Provide guidance to garrisons with regard to contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 25% of the time.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
