Duties

Supports the SAP project management requirements. Leads and/or supports the SAP project management activities responsible for the development of schedules for changes to the baseline of a solution. Organizes and leads scheduling meetings, documentation and tracking of actions. Manages the working and master project document repositories and coordinates with team leads and testing leads to ensure timely delivery and supporting documentation. Support development and update/maintenance of Project Plans that describe project management activities in compliance with the defined processes. Coordinates Project Plan review and approval efforts according to review requirements. Supports, manages and leads SAP project activities to implement project management processes in accordance with Organizational Standard Processes (OSP) and CMMI Methodologies. Supports Team Lead in the determination of government documentation requirements in support of knowledge transfer requirements of ERP/SAP projects. Ensures collection of project stakeholder knowledge transfer (KT) documentation.

  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 60% of the time.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience in: Assist with managing (planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating, reviewing, and approving) business software life cycle engineering work involved with acquisition activities for Army wide, Business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems.
