This position starts at a salary of $139,395.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $181,216.00 (GS-14, Step 10) with promotion potential to $181,216.00 (GS-14 Step 10). In this Supervisory Management and Program Analyst position, you will utilize your skills as an experienced management analyst to direct and manage a diverse range of sector support activities while ensuring compliance with established goals and objectives. Typical work assignments include: Planning, directing, coordinating, and reviewing the work of assigned composite staff of senior government employees, uniformed agents, and contracted support Managing the development of processes and procedures concerning performance measurement and its intersection with business analytics, program evaluation, strategy instrumentation, work prioritization, and traceability of appropriate performance measures to assessed capabilities Overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance tool of USBP performance data and metrics into an intuitive, searchable, interactive, and flexible database used as a repository for assessment measurements for stakeholder accountability, stewardship of resources, process improvements, capability estimations, analysis, and acquisition decision-making Coordinating cross-functionally as part of the division's leadership team to ensure the integration of division work in accountability, evaluation, staff development, and budget considerations; and ensuring effective division branding, outreach, value propositions, and influence Overseeing and serving as an expert for the division and to executive leadership on all manner of accountability best practices and requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRAMA), including performance measure development / metrology, communication, data collection, analysis, internal and public reporting, and management of the annual Strategic Review

Qualifications

Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Leading and accomplishing major projects and assignments that require a wide range of analytical and evaluative techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish complex projects or studies broad in scope and magnitude Applying analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify trends, issues, and developing solutions for governmental programs or private sector business Managing software programs that impact the organization with implementation of new programs and procedures Composing written presentations and presenting them to senior level management, customers, or other stakeholders NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible. You must: Meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process; and Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service) by 04/08/2024.
