Duties
Prepares project cost estimates in Primavera translated from data prepared in other units in the District and Field Offices and augmented with other data to support project budgets in P2.
Prepares current and budget year detailed program schedules by analyzing functions or activities.
Prepares or directs preparation of a variety of complex status reports.
Prepares data and compilation of historical and current information on authorization.
Prepares five-year development perspectives for the operation and maintenance programs.
Prepare actions using automated financial information systems to obtain data to develop spreadsheets, tables, and reports.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent must obtain/maintain Financial Management Certification.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes develop and prepare budgets and schedules to administer operations and maintenance program; experience which includes developing, analyzing, and monitoring current and future project programs/budgets; performs programmatic and budgetary duties; performing analyses of financial data from a variety of sources to propose solutions to issues; analyzing historical data and financial records to assist with the creation of budgets for programs/projects; utilizing financial automated systems, generating reports and using software or automated information systems as-needed to track and report necessary metrics.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11.
