You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASST (EMPL REL/OA) in the Business Operations Management Department, Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR).
Duties
You will respond to routine employee relations questions and conduct research laws, regulations and case law to support responses.
You will assist with the establishment and organization of case files, projects, actions and reports.
You will provide administrative and technical support for the Employee Relations Program and maintain documents in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for entering and recording disciplinary actions in the variety of human resources information technology system within establish timelines.
You will utilize human resources reporting systems and tools to extra data for tracking and reporting.
You will provide general office clerical support and ensure documents are prepared and reviewed for spelling, grammar, capitalization, punctuation, and presence of necessary enclosures, and proper Navy formatting procedures.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing clerical work which requires substantial knowledge of civilian personnel terminology, requirements, procedures; and utilizing human resources information technology systems to process documents, prepare reports, explain personnel procedures, and maintain records.
