You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVAL ACADEMY.
Salary for the GS-09 position is $68,405 to $88,926.
Salary for the GS-11 position is $82,764 to $107,590.
Duties
You will perform daily duties inside of Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) related to budget and finance work.
You will prepare Command budget exhibits (e.g. OP-32, OP-5) and provide data on external cost reporting for appropriated funds.
You will provide recommendations to supervisors and managers on programmatic and funds changes.
You will monitor funds execution in various financial information systems.
You will perform duties in systems related to N-ERP, for example: DTS, GSA leasing, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), related to budget and finance, as needed.

Qualifications
For the GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing an integrated financial, acquisition, and logistics information technology system to provide financial and budgetary management such as the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) accounting system; 2) Advising or answering questions on financial management regulations and government accounting principles; 3) Compiling financial data to analyze and illustrate historical trends; 4) Analyzing financial data to develop budget estimates.
For the GS-09
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining instructions and execution processes that comply with applicable financial regulations and policies; 2) Inputting data and retrieving information from a financial management system; 3) Reviewing budgetary and financial documentation for accuracy; 4) Interface with internal/external customers to support programmatic and financial submissions.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS-11:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
or
a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
For the GS-09:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
or
a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
