You will serve as a CNO SPECIAL ASSISTANT of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will serve as an advisor and administrative assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations on a variety of activities.
You will participate in a variety of special and complex assignments requiring liaison with subordinate organizations within the Department of the Navy.
You will assist with developing, analyzing, reviewing, and advising on projects such as improving the effectiveness of work methods, manpower utilization, and distribution of work assignments.
You will provide support to senior staff with the development, integration, and coordination of key plans and events.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Completing protocol matters with the responsibility to plan, schedule, direct, and carry out full scope of assignments; 2) Applying knowledge of policies and procedures governing administrative and technical aspects of the organization's daily mission; 3) Utilizing computer data systems to maintain and track information in order to prepare reports; 4) Resolving complex administrative matters with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality; and 5) Serving as the primary point of contract for scheduling staff in order to coordinate meetings, briefings, and conferences visiting dignitaries.
