About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM); the Army's materiel integrator for command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) readiness; supporting our Soldiers' ability to protect our Nation and way of life.

Duties

Develops, applies, and coordinates AMC, DA, DoD and DLA policies. Assists CECOM ILSC Weapon System Directorates and Program Executive valuable Officers (PEOs) in the interpretation and implementation of such guidance. Advise on changes to organizational structures, organizational charts to implement reorganizations or changes in program administration. Serves as the technical expert for CECOM Industrial Base matters. Receive and review unsolicited proposals from industry/private business.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

  • Secret Security Clearance

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service NH-02/GS-11.
