About the Position: The installation rests in the beautiful 'hill and lake' country of Central Texas between Killeen and Copperas Cove and is approximately 60 miles north of the capital city of Austin, 50 miles south of Waco, 160 miles south of Dallas, and 150 miles north of San Antonio. The nearby lakes, Belton and Stillhouse, offer year round outdoor recreation activities.
Duties
Prepare, manage, execute, and report to higher headquarters about the assigned programs and integration of designated requirements of the Enduring Personal Readiness (EPR) Campaign and CHPC process.
Collect, review, evaluate, and interpret data per Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance, and key performance (MoEs / MoPs / KPIs) indicators utilizing the Army’s Strategic Management System and other databases.
Identify and integrate installation Ready and Resilient resources and training programs to align resources and training programs with program and campaign objectives; identifying gaps and overlaps.
Apply knowledge of Army-wide operations, staff functions, operation order publication, staff coordination to provide personnel readiness updates to Commanders at all levels.

- This position required the incumbent to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
