You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST of NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL.
Duties
You will advise managers on creating organization structures to meet the needs of an organization.
You will advise managers on the use of position classification options (e.g., accretion of duties, position re-descriptions, position reviews, impact of the person on the job)
You will solve human resources problems that cross multiple program lines (e.g., recruitment, classification, compensation)

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising management on personnel policies to include position classification and staffing and recruitment; 2) Executing recruitment, reassignment and other personnel actions in accordance with federal laws, policies, rules and regulations; 3) Reviewing and analyzing position descriptions utilizing federal classification standards; 4) Applying position management principles and techniques to provide management advisory services regarding organizational structures and career development; 5) Resolving problems, answering questions and providing guidance on complex staffing and position classification problems utilizing human resource tools and systems
