You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT) in COMACCLOG WINGPAC N6 Department.
Duties
You will ensure all requirements of Cyber Security/Information Assurance are applied to Navy and non-Navy systems and are in compliance with DoD, DoN and command instructions and directives.
You will conduct audits and ensure required monthly scans of Program and Record systems are performed and uploaded monthly to Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager.
You will respond and comply with all Computer Tasking Orders and Navy Telecommunications Directives issued by the DoN CIO, OPNAV and NETWARCOM.
You will provide technical support to all users assigned to ACCLOGWING and Weapons School, and escalate issues up to the NMCI Helpdesk when necessary.
You will manage and update the command public internet and intranet sites that are hosted by U.S. Fleet Forces Command and Commander Naval Air Forces Pacific and ensure compliance with all DoD and DoN information security and public affairs policies.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 45 level Intermediate within 12 months of appointment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and troubleshooting IT systems and security controls to determine the appropriate course of action for the organizations access and information technology systems.
For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and responding to customer IT issues pertaining to information security, software and hardware to maintain multiple IT systems.
