You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (ENTRACH) in the SEA RANGE DATA SYSTEMS DIVISION, POINT MUGU SEA RANGE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will be responsible for the Point Mugu Sea Range (PMSR) architecture framework for all Sea Range Systems Division (SRDS).
You will maintain a consistent, modular architecture for interfaces that cross the system-level boundaries.
You will review capability, data, operational, project, services, standard, and system viewpoints for adherence to the current architecture framework.
You will work with the Point Mugu Sea Range Department Chief Architect to ensure that the Sea Range Systems Division architecture and architecture framework are consistent with department-level standards and requirements.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 651 level Intermediate within 12 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:
1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
In addition to demonstrating the four competencies above, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Designing and implementing complex systems architectures; 2) Demonstrating knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies; 3) Communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization; 4) Documenting and developing cybersecurity requirements for Information Technology systems and software components.
