Duties
Provides technical advice and assistance to professional employees.
Advises Branch Chief and DDE of new policies, interpretations and ramifications on the standard operation procedures.
Supports the Chief of Planning and the DDE in developing a long-term comprehensive GI, CAP and other water resources program for the District.
Leads GI, CAP and other planners and provides oversight to projects and activities.
Ensure there is adequate funding for all project and activity needs based on coordination with Planning Project Managers.
Plans and assigns work of subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for work completion.
Reviews expenditure schedules and actual costs and monitors project status for all projects.

Specialized Experience:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience: Providing technical and programmatic advice, recommending alternative solutions, and determining resource requirements for project accomplishment. Overseeing project progress; developing intermediate and long term proposals; reviewing planning reports for consistent plan formulation; coordinating and resolving significant formulation issues.
