You will serve as a Program Manager of PEO CM and UAV JNT with the Navy Unmanned Carrier Aviation Program Office (PMA-268). The position serves as the Lead for Systems Integration.

Duties

You will analyze needs and synthesize requirements information to develop requirements for program initiatives and planning. You will direct the preparation of documents, specifications, requirements, criteria, and standards that define needs and parameters of the program. You will Identify and defend resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.) for life-cycle management of the assigned program. You will evaluate program documentation to ensure that needs of the program are consistent with sound business practices and the degree of risk involved.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) leading an Integrated Program Team (IPT) in providing program management and risk management support for aircraft systems and/or subsystems; 2) planning, directing, and evaluating acquisition, management, technical development and financial control for the program in terms of risk, performance, schedule and cost; 3) planning for and synthesizing requirements of competency areas such as engineering, logistics, budget, configuration management, foreign military sales, and other functional specialties into integrated strategies to support the acquisition program; and/or 4) acting as a liaison with others to ensure that program needs are addressed and program goals are met.
