You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Weapons Sensors Seekers & Guidance Division, Weapons and Energetics Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will execute Radio Frequency signal generation testing. You will analyze test data. You will work on system design and integration. You will draft system-level documents and reports. You will perform research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, and performance data.

Requirements

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Assisting in executing Radio Frequency signal generation testing; 2) Assisting in analyzing test data; 3) Operating with guidance, Radio Frequency laboratory equipment (e.g., Oscilloscopes, Waveform Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.); and 4) Drafting system-level documents and reports. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or
