You will serve as a Nondestructive Testing Inspector Supervisor I in the Nondestructive Test Division of the Quality Management Office at TRIDENT Refit Facility, Kings Bay, GA.
Duties
You will conduct daily job site reviews and provide surveillance of in-process inspection operations.
You will plan and coordinate nuclear and nonnuclear work assignments within the section on an immediate and long term basis.
You will review technical work documents and nondestructive test inspection procedures prior to final acceptance of product.
You will assure that subordinate personnel effectively carry out policies to achieve management objectives.
You will make formal appraisals of subordinate personnel, initiate personnel actions, act on personnel problems, and maintain administrative records.

Planning and coordinating work assignments to establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences; AND
Reviewing inspection reports and work records to ensure compliance to contracts, specifications, and regulations.
