You will serve as a Records and Information Management Specialist Team Leader of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will develop guidelines for the effective use of automated technologies.
You will represent CNO on committees, task forces, work groups, and meetings that impact OPNAV records management policy and procedures.
You will develop and implement administrative policy.
You will establish workflow methods and procedures, determine work to be accomplished and set work priorities.
You will evaluate information involved in managing the OPNAV records programs.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes performing duties such as:1) Applying knowledge and skill necessary to serve as the authority on all aspects of records management, interpreting and implementing high authority policy contained in various public laws; 2) Applying knowledge of records management principles and concepts; 3) Developing and implementing administrative policy incorporating effective administrative acumen with procedures that expeditiously and effectively route records management requirements and procedures; and 4) Using technology to create solutions to track large volume of data, databases and correlate information to quickly gather, analyze, authenticate, and evaluate information.
