You will serve as a RECORDS AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION DIVISION of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will interpret guidance and provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on program requirements.
You will provide guidance to ensure continuity of operations to the Navy Directives Branch.
You will develop plans for Navy Directives Branch policy/process implementation.
You will provide guidance to ensure continuity of the overall Records Management (RM) program.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring communication techniques are incorporated for efficient business practices in electronic age; 2) Assisting in the development and administration of policies, regulations, and procedures in regards to document management, in to include directives and records; 3) Developing guidelines for the effective use of automated technologies and workflow processes to communicate electronically; 4) Coordinating with stakeholders on policy and guidance for directives and records management matters; and 5) Incorporating document management and information management solutions.
