The Solution Delivery Services (ADE), Quality Management Division is looking to add Quality Specialist to our Quality Operations Branch. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for ensuring that ADE products are suitable for their intended purposes, meet all agreed upon requirements, are implemented securely per FAA cybersecurity and privacy requirements, and operates to customer expectations.
Duties
The incumbent will also perform multiple, varying and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced technical specialist. Instead, the incumbent will act as the principal technical specialist or as a project manager or team leader for large work activities. In addition, the incumbent will often be called upon directly by leadership to brief stakeholders, leadership and executives to ensure they remain abreast of key projects’ critical issues and statuses.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I / FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized Experience is: Experience leveraging project or product-management methodology to oversee complex software development projects in an agile manner.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.
