About the Position: This position is in the Environmental and Munitions Design Center (EMDC) in Engineering Division in the USACE Baltimore District, and provides direct financial and programmatic support to our multiple environmental programs, including, but not limited to, Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS), Installation Restoration Program (IRP), Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), and Interstate and International Services (IIS).

Duties

Serve as a Senior Program Analyst for the Environmental and Munitions Design Center (EMDC) performing reoccurring budget an program analyst duties. Oversee the development of project budgets, work breakdown structures, and project management plans to ensure consistency with the project delivery business process. Compile programmatic and/or budget data for use in reoccurring and stand-alone report requests from staff. Utilize technical knowledge of authorizations, appropriations, and/or applicable laws to make decisions project execution, and/or resolve funding deficiencies with staff.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License.
  • Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
