This position is located in Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Business Operations Division, Baltimore, MD.

Duties

This position is located in a program or staff office at the agency level and functions as a senior Management and Program Analyst with responsibility for planning, administering, an evaluating complex and critical administrative operations and programs of the agency to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of programs, operations, organizations, and agency functions.

Qualifications

For the GS-14: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service performing of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness, improve complex processes and systems, and to plan, organize, and direct team study work and to negotiate effectively; and/or work that required a general knowledge of acquisition, logistics, engineering, and repair; policy development;, etc. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work
